1. Information we collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, church or organisation, and role.
  • Assessment responses — the answers and results you provide when you complete the Church Clarity Check or the Self-Awareness Assessment.
  • Booking information — details you provide when you book a call or enquire about an engagement.
  • Payment information — where you purchase a paid service, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
  • Technical and usage data — information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form, take an assessment, book a call, subscribe to the Clarity Letter, or correspond with us. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, deliver, and improve our services and assessments;
  • respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about an engagement;
  • send you the Clarity Letter and other updates where you have asked to receive them;
  • process payments for paid services;
  • maintain the security and integrity of our website; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and deliver our services, including providers of website hosting, database storage, email delivery, online scheduling, payment processing, analytics, and document or content processing (which may include AI service providers used to generate assessment insights). These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, although some parts of the site may not function properly as a result.

7. How we keep it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Accessing and correcting your information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Marketing and opting out

If you receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We will action your request promptly.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

12. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are directed to church and organisational leaders, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
